We offer Lifetime Mortgages from the whole of the market. All of the lenders we recommend are members of the Equity Release Council and are FCA regulated. We believe in face to face advice, and will make recommendations once we have created a factfind of the clients circumstances and considered all alternatives to Equity Release.We will then provide details of our recommendations in writing and give you all the time you need to make any decisions.
Our Advisers have been giving Equity Release Advice since 2004. We work mostly within London and the home counties and have an office in Holland Park where we can meet our clients, or if preferred we will meet at the clients home address.
